Pork and peppers

Pork 400g

Soy sauce 6 tbsp

Flour 2 tbsp

Egg 1

Garlic 3 cloves

Onion 1

Bell pepper 3

Water 4 tbsp

Sugar 4 tbsp

Wine vinegar 4 tbsp

How to cook:

1. Cut pork into small pieces. Put in a bowl. Add 2tbsp of soy sauce, flour and whipped egg white. Mix all the ingredients together and let it sit for about 30 minutes

2. Preheat a frying pan. Add olive oil and fry the pork pieces

3. After the pork is ready, set it aside

4. Mince/slice onions, crush garlic, and cut bell peppers into stripes

5. Fry onions, garlic and bell peppers together

6. Add sugar, 4 tbsp of soy sauce, water, and wine vinegar to the vegetables. Cook over medium heat until formed sauce is thick

7. Place pork back into a frying pan. Mix all the ingredients well. The dish is ready and may be served with rice
